Bottom of the foot / heel of the foot / arch Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause for heel pain and one of the most common conditions treated by podiatrists. It may also be called heel spur syndrome if there is a heel spur present. It occurs when there is an inflammation of the plantar fascia. This band of tissue reaches from the heel to the toes and plantar fasciitis occurs when the fascia first gets irritated then becomes inflamed. This inflammation causes severe heel pain. The products in the Kit provide biomechanical control to take the stretch and pull off of the fascia or nerve which is the cause, and then decrease the inflammation without medication. The exercises included with the Kit get the nerve moving again and serve to strengthen and mobilize the supporting muscles and joints.
Arch of the foot / heel Tarsal tunnel syndrome is a medical condition that occurs when the tibial nerve, which runs along the inside of the ankle and through a narrow passage called the tarsal tunnel, becomes compressed or irritated. This compression can result in pain, tingling, burning sensations, or numbness in the inner ankle, heel, and the sole of the foot. The tarsal tunnel is a space formed by the bones of the ankle and a thick ligament that runs over it. Within the tarsal tunnel, several tendons, blood vessels, and the tibial nerve pass through. When the tibial nerve is compressed or entrapped within this space, it can lead to the symptoms associated with tarsal tunnel syndrome. Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis can also (see definition above) can also cause pain in the arch of the foot. The products in the Kit provide biomechanical control to take the stretch and pull off of the fascia or nerve which is the cause, and then decrease the inflammation without medication. The exercises included with the Kit get the nerve moving again and serve to strengthen and mobilize the supporting muscles and joints.

I have had a lot of heel pain for the past couple years and haven’t had the time to visit a physical therapist regularly. It just seemed like there was never time to take care of this problem, despite the terrible pain. A friend told me about this at home kit which I could do on my own time and it seemed like a true blessing. Initially, I just started with the sock and brace and was amazed at how those two things helped so much. When I got to the exercises they were easy to follow and most of all I could do them at home and a lot of times, while I watched TV in the evenings. My heel pain is gone and I am so thankful for this product!

I started seeing Dr. Pasamonte almost two years ago because of extreme pain in my left heel. It was starting to affect my quality of life because it was uncomfortable to even walk. After starting various treatments that Dr. Pasamonte prescribed, my left heel is totally pain free now. I can’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has foot issues. They are extremely professional, and very kind to work with.

First time I've woken up in a long time and my feet don't ache or feel tight.
